About this Event
Welcome to the Candlelit Sound Immersion
Join us at St Peter’s Church for a deeply restorative evening of sound and stillness. As the nights grow longer and the year begins to slow, this candlelit sound immersion offers a peaceful space to pause, reflect, and renew.
Amy will guide you through a meditative journey of healing frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and release tension. Instruments include Gong, Drum, Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, Chimes, and Flute — creating a rich landscape of sound to support rest and balance.
Come as you are and settle into the soothing vibrations of sound surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight. After the session, enjoy a warm herbal tea and quiet time to integrate your experience. No previous experience is needed — simply bring an open heart and mind. We look forward to sharing this beautiful evening with you.
