About this Event
Come out and enjoy a candlelit sound healing and tea ceremony class. Allow the sounds to flow through your body as you sit or lay back and relax in a meditative state. Sound Healing reduces stress and pain, decrease anxiety, improve memory and more. This event will be held at one of Cincinnati's greatest healing studios: Afrakan Artist Alliance (6566 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45213)
We will provide chairs for you to sit on unless you prefer to lay. If you prefer to lay please bring your own mats and cushions. I highly suggest that you bring any materials that will increase your experience such as comfy blankets, pillows, blindfold (or something to cover your eyes) and any extra cushion material to lay down on.
Tea will be provided :)
