Candlelit Sound Bath at Ellenborough Park

Join us at Ellenborough Park in Cheltenham for a relaxing sound bath in the heart of the Cotswolds in our tranquil, candlelit chapel, perfect for reflection and a space to unwind.
Jo Keatley will take you on an immersive sound journey with gongs and a variety of instruments. During a gong bath, therapeutic waves of sound bathe over our entire body and help put us in a deep, relaxed state. Being immersed in the complex sounds and vibrations can allow your body time to de-stress, rebalance, rejuvenate and help with personal transformation and increase focus.
The schedule for the evening will be as follows:
17:15 Arrival with refreshments- selection of teas and infused waters
17:30 Sound Bath begins
18:30 Grazing boards and refreshments under the stars in our fairy light-lit Pavilion
19:30 Departure
We do request that you bring your own mat to use during this session, although we will have a limited supply available, alongside a blanket and pillow. We also recommend you bring cosy layers in case its a brisk autumnal day!

Please note that gong baths are not suitable for everyone. For your safety and wellbeing, we are unable to offer a place in this session if you experience or are affected by any of the following conditions: Recent surgery or bone fractures (within the last 8 weeks), Epilepsy, Severe mental illness or diagnosis of bipolar or schizophrenia, First Trimester of pregnancy, Coughs and Heavy colds, please do not come along if you are showing these symptoms or have had a positive covid test.
