Join us for an evening designed to move your body, clear your mind, and deeply nourish your soul.
We’ll begin with a gentle grounding ritual to set our intentions, then flow into 30 minutes of Ecstatic Dance—a free-form movement practice where there are no steps to follow, no expectations, and no judgment. Just you, the music, and the freedom to express yourself exactly as you are. 🌿💃🏽

From there, we’ll transition into a deeply meditative Sound Bath, where the healing vibrations of chakra crystal singing bowls will wash through you—releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and helping you integrate the dance on a soul-deep level.
