Through a soft and intentional yoga flow set to the soulful sounds of Cleo Sol, we'll ground into our bodies and awaken that deep knowing that's always lived within you. This gentle practice honors the sacred rhythm of Sunday, a day to pour back into yourself and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
We'll also journal to hold space for our deepest dreams and wildest visions, creating space to explore and tap into your inner power alongside other like-minded souls seeking authentic connection.
Come as you are and leave feeling nourished, centered, and ready to carry this energy into your week. This is your time to bloom, restore, and remember the beautiful power that lives within you.

About Kaya: Kaya's love for movement radiates with joy, purpose and gratitude and can be felt in each one of the classes that she leads. Originally from New Jersey, Kaya discovered the many benefits of yoga for her own personal practice and shortly after received her yoga certification. Since then she has dedicated herself to expanding her knowledge across numerous movement disciplines to better serve her students.
Her credentials include a B.S. in Kinesiology from Towson University, her 200-hour certification, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Mat Pilates instructor, along with specialized training in functional movement, prenatal yoga, biomechanics and so much more.
As the pioneer behind DC's first Yogalates classes, Kaya has guided thousands of students across the country, creating spaces where people feel seen, reconnect with their inner strength and glow from the inside, out.
