I’m Kimberly Cooper, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). I teach weekly yoga classes at the JCC in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, as well as at the Eden Prairie Community Center. I also sub regularly at the YMCA, The Marsh, and Williston in Minnetonka. Beyond yoga, I’m a long-time group fitness professional, a POUND Master Trainer, and GXP certified for over 10 years — but my true passion is helping people feel seen, supported, and successful in their own bodies.
Yoga entered my life more recently, but it has quickly become one of the most meaningful parts of my own personal balance — a practice that goes far beyond movement. The power of slowing down, connecting with the breath, and creating space for our busy minds and hearts is truly transformative. This class is a chance to celebrate exactly that.
