No experience needed. Bring comfy support items - mat, blanket(s), pillow, bolster, eye mask, etc. We will also have a limited number of mats & supportive props to borrow.
This offering features around 45min of slow flow gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation with Lindsay Schooler gently guiding us into a soulful 45min sound bath with Chelsey Keding.
Investment $33 includes complimentary herbal tea & honey. Please bring a travel mug to enjoy.
