Join us for a grounding and heartwarming candlelight yoga class at Etage’s cozy indoor studio. Flow through creative sequences that connect breath with movement while building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness set to Olivia Dean's soulfound sound. With the chill of January outside, this class offers a warm, inviting space to move, breathe, and unwind. All levels are welcome!
