This is a 60 minutes of Yin Flow with the Sound of Singing Bowls.
Candlelight Yin Flow is a deep, meditative and profound practice. With longer, more passive holds, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. This practice helps to target deeper connective tissues especially around the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Candlelight Yin Yoga is a peaceful way to end your day and get ready for a fresh new week. Using candlelight and sound therapy, this class will help you balance emotions, open the deep connective tissues and quiet your mind.

The session is set to hold in a small group to allow each participant to have a quality of practice that benefits their well-being.
Wear comfortable clothes to stretch and lay down. Yoga Mat and blocks are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own or towel to lay over. Bring an open heart.

The door at the ground floor is unlocked 10 minutes before the session. Push the door and walk up to level 2.
