With the stress of our busy modern lifestyle, taking the time to intentionally slow down and unwind is an essential act of self-care. Mary-Jane will create space to allow you to turn inward through gentle movement, supported postures and guided meditation (Yoga Nidra), nourishing the body and mind. The class, suitable for beginners and experienced yogis, will begin with a grounding breathwork practice. In preparation for Yoga Nidra, participants will be guided into a series of passive floor poses, targeting the connective tissues to promote tension release, joint mobility, and stress reduction.
