Join us for a peaceful evening of candlelight, reflection, and renewal as we honor the Winter Solstice. This special class begins with 30 minutes of gentle, mindful stretching to prepare the body, followed by 30 minutes of deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that brings profound rest and rejuvenation.
As the longest night of the year approaches, we’ll gather to pause, reflect, and honor the turning of the season. This gentle, heart-centered practice will invite rest and renewal as we move toward the quiet stillness of winter.
Expect soft candlelight, grounding movement, and guided relaxation to help you release the old and make space for the new. It’s one of my favorite gatherings of the year — a peaceful way to close out the season and welcome the returning light.
