About this Event
Join us for a grounding and heartwarming candlelight yoga class at Etage’s cozy indoor studio. Flow through creative sequences that connect breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With the chill of February outside, this class offers a warm, inviting space to move, breathe, and unwind. All levels are welcome!
