Did you have a hectic week? Let’s roll out the mat and unwind together. This is a floor based, melt into the earth class. The room is candle lit for a relaxing ambiance. Yoga practitioners are encouraged to drop into a comfortable space and find peace within. There will be gentle movement of body; as we observe our breath. Yogis will be led through various breathing techniques; as well as a guided meditation. Anticipate a nice long gooey savasana at the end of class!
