Enjoy the warmth of community on a winter evening at the refuge! Take a walk on our candle lit luminary trail and get cozy in the Visitor Center as we celebrate the season. Activities for all ages include Winter Storytelling with Hope Flanagan, sharing stories of Indigenous culture & traditions, a screening of the 'Bold North' documentary, nature crafts and more! Free snacks and cocoa courtesy of the Minnesota Valley Refuge Friends!Date and Time: Saturday, February 15th from 5:00-8:00pm

Activity Level: Easy-active - 0.25 mile walk on paved, flat trail.
Meet Us: Meet inside the Bloomington Education and Visitor Center.
What to Bring: Clothing and shoes you can comfortably move around in. This program has indoor and outdoor portions, please bring outerware appropriate for the weather.
Accessibility: Restrooms, fireplace, and a water fountain are available inside the visitor center. This program will meet and end inside the visitor center.
Program Leader: This program is led by refuge staff.
