No prior experience or knowledge needed to enjoy this intimate and phenomenal sound bath experience with Chelsey Keding, professional musician, music teacher, and certified sound therapy practitioner.
Dress comfortably and bring any comfort items (pillow, blanket, hot drink, etc). We’ll explore a few meditation and sound practices together before settling into deep relaxation for a sound bath of voice, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, ocean drum, and more.
Thank you for preregistering! Space is limited to ten, and most offerings will fill up quickly. We accept drop ins if space allows. Bring a mat, blanket, block, etc or borrow ours!
