Candlelight Sound Bath is a group sound bath at The Space by Tova... community held gently with my Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
By candlelight, we’ll slow the breath and let the bowls do their tender work... soothing the body, quieting the mind, and opening a sense of ease.
This gathering is simple and nourishing: arrive, get cozy and receive. I weave the tones of my Alchemy crystal bowls...often with soft singing to invite your nervous system to settle.
Come as you are; no experience needed. Most guests leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected... like stepping out into golden fall light.
