Unwind and relax after a busy Thanksgiving weekend with a warm, candlelit sound bath designed to soothe your senses. Enhanced with gentle chamomile aromatherapy, this serene and immersive session blends calming tones and subtle scents, inviting you to release stress, quiet your mind, and nurture your spirit. A journey awaits in this sound oasis.

Sound therapy offers a way to invite a time of harmony and balance for the body, allowing your body to focus its energy on restoration. Chamomile aromatherapy invites calm by easing stress, boosting mood, and promoting restful sleep, offering gentle support for mind and body relaxation.

This Sound Bath will feature Crystal Singing Bowls and various other instruments, including Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
This Sound Bath will be a lying-down experience. Yoga mats(to lay on, No movement practice), blankets, and a small bolster will be provided. You may bring any extra pillows or blankets for your comfort. Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.

Please note: this location is accessed by stairs only.
A sound bath is not recommended for those in their first trimester of pregnancy, or those who currently have thrombosis or hypotension. In-person sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivites, please contact Adriana to discuss options. People with medical conditions should consult their doctor. Results may vary from person to person.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 5:30 pm. Please do not knock.
Please note that a sound bath provided by Serenity Sounds is intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. However, sound therapy is a complementary practice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
