In a venue that feels like it is tucked away from the rest of the world I'll guide you through gentle postures and deep relaxation, inviting your body to release tension and your mind to settle.
With soft candlelight and calming breath-work, we’ll activate the parasympathetic nervous system, fostering deep rest and renewal.
No previous yoga experience is required but it does help with restorative and yin.
