Join Ashley for a special pop-up Candlelight Restorative Yoga event on Sunday, March 23 at 7:30pm! Class will have an emphasis on utilizing props such as yoga bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps. Restorative yoga poses in this class will be held for longer durations (anywhere from 3-10 minutes) and will focus on relaxation and surrendering to gravity. Hands on adjustments are offered- please make sure to tell Ashley if you’d prefer not to be touched and your wishes will absolutely be honored!
