Join Ashley for a special pop-up Candlelight Restorative Yoga event on Wednesday, January 15 at 8pm! Class will have an emphasis on the utilization of props such as yoga bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps. Restorative yoga poses in this class will be held for longer durations (anywhere from 3-10 minutes) and will focus on surrendering to gravity. Hands on adjustments are offered- please make sure to tell Ashley if you’d prefer not to be touched and your wishes will absolutely be honored! You will leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and recharged! Hope to see you there!
