Join the lovely Carson as she guides you through a nourishing 90 minute gentle yoga practice with a focus on Connection. Through affirmations she will lead you toward a deeper exploration of the various connections within your life.
This workshop will include Mindfulness, a Relaxing Movement Practice, & an opportunity to reflect & journal your experience.
