The New Moon is a quiet doorway into renewal—a pause between cycles. Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, we’ll gather in this evening circle to ground, breathe, and welcome the vibrations of sound that help intentions take root.
Mary of Boosted Breath will guide gentle somatic Breathwork to unwind tension, release heaviness, and create space for fresh beginnings. Wendy of Harmonizing Energy will follow with a restorative Sound Bath using crystal bowls, gong, and chimes—settling calm into every cell and supporting the integration of your experience.
Together, Breathwork and Sound invite you to reset, recharge, and realign with the energy of the New Moon.
