Join Essential Yoga Studio on Saturday, February 28 from 6-730p as we host yoga teacher Kim Fenton for a gentle flow practice with meditation and pranayama (sometimes called Breathwork). Kim will educate students about the relationship between the breath and the nervous system before leading this 90-minute candlelit practice.Sensory experience expectations: this event will include soft music and educational discussion about the benefits of pranayama on the nervous system; lighting will be soft and candlelit (both flameless AND "real" beeswax candles). Participants may choose to move as much or as little as they'd like through the flow portion of class; meditation may be practiced seated or lying down.
