Our first candle-making workshop for 2026 is now open for bookings with just six spots left. If you’ve been thinking about experience one of our workshops - now’s your chance! Discover the beauty of therapeutic essential oils with an opportunity to experience over 40 therapeutic-grade oils. Learn how to make your own signature scent using traditional perfumery techniques. Be guided on how to make your own clean-burning aromatherapy candles at home, or your already making candles, uncover the tips and tricks from Poet founder, Melanie Morris.
This workshop is being held at the beautiful Wellington Apothecary, located in Cuba Mall. Enjoy soothing herbal tea and locally produced treats and come hang out with some like-minded scent lovers.
Bookings essential (via our website). Suitable for age 14 upwards. Not recommended if pregnant due to some of the oils being unsuitable.
Candles do need to cure overnight but can be picked up from Wellington Apothecary the following Monday or we will courier them to you (courier included in workshop fee).

Cancellation policy
If you can no longer attend the workshop please contact us at least 72 hours prior for a full refund. If you cancel within 72 hours we can only provide a refund or move you to another date, if we're able to rebook your spot. Thank you.
