No Refund Policy – All class purchases are non-refundable. If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled class, you may request a credit to use toward another class within 3 months of the original date. This request must be made at least 48 hours prior to the class and approved by Wicks and Wax Candle Shop. A $10 rescheduling fee will be deducted from the credit.
No-shows or failure to notify us at least 48 hours in advance will result in no refund, credit, or class transfer.
