With Candle Making the world really is your oyster and there are so many different types of candle making that could take a life time to explore and experiment with…. Sadly we only have two hours 😂, so we have narrowed it down to the following:
You will make 3 candles in small jars, you can add your own scents and colours to them, as well as making three small 3D pumpkins to go on top, these are truly beautiful and will look lovely in your home.
As well as this, we will also be making one candle per person out of beeswax, which you can burn in a stand of your own at home.
This workshop forms part of our adults only weekly craft club, where we do something different each week.
Each Wednesday session is £12.50, or £40 for the month, all materials and refreshments are provided. However you will need to bring your own mug/cup for your drink.
Please note booking is essential, we cannot accept walk ins on the day, full payment will also be required upon booking to secure your space. Please note that should you no longer be able to attend, we will be unable to move you to a different event or refund you due the cost of materials, unless we can fill your space.

We are located next to the pet shop and opposite the hairdressers.
As the name suggests we are located under ground, therefore there is no disabled access. However there are two large handrails to guide you down the stairs, and the area is bright and well lit.
There is ample free parking in the car park by the library and the co-op, please do however ensure that you check the time restrictions and areas that may be permit only.
And finally as we are an arts and crafts centre we therefore recommend that you always wear old clothes, or clothes that you do not mind permanent stains on, anything you wear or bring is at your own risk in terms of stains or damage.
