This is a slow and relaxing session that fuses breath practices, floor based yoga poses that aim to unwind and relax muscles and meditation to clear the mind.The intention is for you to feel calm, peaceful and free of tension.
My focus as a trauma informed teacher is for you to feel at home in your own body. To move in a way that you can build trust and appreciation for your body no matter how you feel.
Yoga equipment is provided inc bolsters, eye pillows and mat. Please bring a blanket.
The location is a small home studio and spaces are very limited.
