Candle-Lit Winter Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation) & Sound Bath

Grounded. Nourishing. Nurturing.

As winter settles in and the leaves on the ground become nourishment for the soil, nature invites us to turn inward. The pace slows, the air stills, and we’re reminded to rest, nourish, and nuture in this season of hibernation. This is the season for deep calm — for tending to your inner world while everything around you quietens.

In the second of three cosy, candle-lit winter workshops, we’ll begin with gentle mindfulness and breathwork to settle the mind and body. You’ll then sink into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation) and crystal bowl sound bath, designed to soothe your nervous system and encourage deep rest.


We’ll close with quiet reflection and intention-setting — leaving you grounded, centred, and ready to move through the colder months with ease and clarity.

This workshop is perfect for you if:

  • You'd like to kick-start your winter with regulation & intention
  • You’re new to meditation and want a guided, accessible experience (Yoga Nidra & sound are ideal if you think you ‘can’t meditate’)
  • You already meditate and want to deepen your practice through sound and body awareness
  • You’d like to begin winter feeling calm, grounded, and replenished

You will need:

  • A yoga mat or something soft to lie on
  • A pillow for your head
  • A warm blanket & eye mask (optional)
  • A journal or notepad and pen
  • Water to stay hydrated

About your teacher:

Victoria is a qualified Meditation Teacher and certified Mental Health Advocate with over 400 logged hours of practice. Living harmoniously with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and ADHD, she knows firsthand how powerful meditation can be for a busy mind.

Her motto: “If I can slow my brain down, so can you.”

Victoria blends traditional meditation with science-backed mindfulness, helping you regulate stress chemistry and activate what she calls your peaceful MODESmelatonin, oxytocin, dopamine, endorphins, and serotonin.

Melt into your bliss chemistry as she guides you home — back to yourself.
