• The sound bath will last approximately 60 minutes, featuring soothing sounds designed to promote relaxation and healing.
• Please arrive 15 mins early to settle in and find your spot. Doors open at 6:45 and will be locked once event starts, please make every effort to arrive on time.
•Your only job is to lie back, close your eyes, relax and embrace the magic.
What to Bring:
•A yoga mat to lie on, plus a pillow or cushion for extra support and comfort.
•A light blanket in case you get chilly.
•An eye mask or scarf to block out light.
•Wear comfortable clothes.
•If you’d like to charge your crystals, feel free to bring them along to soak up the sound.
•We’ll also have extra mats, blankets, and other supplies available if you need them.
Important Information:
• This is a group experience, so please be kind and considerate to everyone around you.
• With seasonal colds and allergies in the air, if you’re experiencing a cough or cold symptoms, we kindly ask that you send someone in your place.
• If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, please consult a physician.
• Tickets are non refundable, and always transferable.
