About this Event
Presented by UCLA in partnership with the North Westwood Neighborhood Council, Spectrum News, West LA Chamber of Commerce, Westwood Community Council, and Westwood Village Improvement Association
The November elections will result in new leadership at the city and county levels, with current City Councilmember Paul Koretz vacating Council District 5, and County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl retiring, leaving an opening for Supervisorial District 3. Hear from the candidates looking to fill these local seats and how they might address important issues including housing and homelessness; public safety; sustainability and transportation; and economic recovery.
This event will also be livestreamed.
