During this 60-minute sonic healing session we will begin grounding & breath work. We will move into gentle stretching movements as we bask in the serene koshi chimes, sweet healing sounds of our handmade crystal quartz singing bowls & other healing instruments. This crystal promotes loving and healing energy, helps release any negative or stagnant emotions, and is the perfect way to release any stress and anxiety. This flow has very minimal movement. Our main focus is our breath work and allowing our minds to be present.
