About this Event

We are so excited to bring a relaxing sound bathing experience to our community of female cancer survivors through partnership with NRH Centre! Stephanie Mamantov of Rejuvenate Me Now Wellness will guide the gentle, stretching yoga and relaxing crystal sound bath. What a great way to wind down after a busy week, and you may bring a friend!

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water, blanket, pillow and a yoga mat if you have one. If not we will have a few extra mats and bolsters available.
