About this Event
Join Susan Phillips for a weight training class at Rise Collective Wellness! Participants can use light weights (or no weights) to help build bone density and lean muscle. We will finish class with a great stretch. No experience necessary, and all levels are welcome and encouraged!
Rise will provide mats, weights and towels. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Very importantly, please make sure you are cleared for regular exercise from your doctor.
