
About this Event
This is a welcoming, functional fitness session focused on everyday movements—squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and carries—to build strength, balance, and mobility. Everything is fully scalable with low-impact options, light weights or no weights, and plenty of coaching. The goal is to help participants feel strong, safe, and confident—no prior CrossFit experience required.
