Join us for the first Full Moon of the year a powerful moment to pause, reset, and consciously step into what’s next. January’s Cancer Full Moon invites us to come home to ourselves, tending to the emotional foundations that support everything we build moving forward.

Cancer is the energy of safety, belonging, family and community. Under this moon, we’re invited to gently release emotional weight we no longer wish to carry, soften our nervous systems, and reconnect with what makes us feel held, supported and at ease.

Full moons are a time of letting go. Together, we’ll create space to honour what you’re ready to leave behind. Old patterns, stories, or expectations so you can begin the year feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded within yourself.

Through Reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, and ceremonial cacao, you’ll be guided through a nurturing journey of release, reflection, and intention-setting. This is a space to slow down, to feel, and to be supported — not to push or strive.

We’ll gather in community to set intentions rooted in emotional safety, self-trust, and a sense of home within the body. A fresh start. A gentle beginning. A reminder that you don’t have to do it alone.

Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere, deeply nourishing rituals, and a space to exhale, reconnect, and begin the year feeling held, supported, and aligned.
