Every year 1st Tamar Sea Scouts and family members volunteer at drinks stations for the participants of the Cancer Council Women's 5km around the City of Launceston, starting and ending in City Park.The race starts at 9.30am with the drinks stations being set up for 9am. Volunteers are needed until around lunchtime.
There are 3 drink stations:
Station 1: Birchalls/Myer car park, Patterson St (be at station by 9am)
Station 2: Toyworld, York St (be at station by 9am)
Station 3: City Park (Be at station by 8.30am)
