When I had my diagnosis I looked for a retreat where I could get away, be with likeminded people (not all doing the allopathic way…) and I really struggled to find anything suitable! So Annee and I had a chat about this and have booked this beautiful place at @sarielraven ‘s near Swansea, we found a fabulous caterer to do the food- super healthful grub!
