Canada Day Goat Yoga on the Farm!

Dress in red and white, bring the family for a fun filled goat yoga class on the farm and have fun celebrating our beautiful country in the beautiful outdoors!!

Open to young and old yogis of every skill level, Goat Yoga is not your typical yoga class but will offer a fun experience for all.

We promise family friendly movement, breath, games, fun, smiles, laughter, giggles and of course, goats!Be prepared to have goats snuggle beside you, nibble on your hair, climb on your back, poop near you, make cute BAHHH sounds, and above all else, melt your heart.

Children aged 3+ are welcome with attending paid parent/guardian. Parent assumes responsibility for their child/ren.

This will be a one hour yoga class which will include gentle movement, breathing, sound & guided meditation and will be suitable for all levels.

We allow for 30 minutes before the class for time to explore and play with the goats.

Located on 16th Avenue in Langley, Sterling Stables is the perfect location for a fun activity. Include a lunch or brunch and make it a day at any of the several nearby wineries, including Township 7 Vineyards and Winery that is only 2 minutes away! If cider is more your thing Fraser Valley Cider Company is just 3 minutes away.

** Please note this is NOT a petting zoo so it is important that we keep our bodies calm while around the animals and on the farm. We ask that participants remain mindful of the volume of their voices and limit running and sudden movements that may scare the animals. Participants are asked to use the provided hand sanitizer to wash hands before entering the goat area.

** Please do not feed the animals. No access is permitted to other areas of the farm.
