About this Event
In this public presentation, visiting Feldenkrais teacher, musician and author David Kaetz, from Canada, asks the question 'Is it possible to improve hearing and vision by learning?’ He will explore how we can improve our own perception through reorganising how we use ourselves. The Feldenkrais Guild UK is delighted to welcome David to share his knowledge and insights both with its members and the general public.
David is the developer of Listening with Your Whole BodyTM, a somatic approach to better hearing. He says:
“As walking involves more than the feet, listening involves more than the ears. We use our whole selves — sensing, breathing, moving, thinking, feeling — in everything. When the whole self is listening, we have set the stage for improvement overall.”
