Who’s coming? Only the best! This event is exclusively for verified event industry professionals—think event planners, caterers, DJs, florists, decorators, and more. We carefully verify attendees to ensure you’re connecting with active, reputable professionals, making your networking meaningful and impactful.
Mark your calendar for Tuesday, February 11, 2025! Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the event wraps up at 8:30 PM. While it’s a short and sweet window, it’s packed with opportunities to make intentional connections and grow your network.

Conveniently located near I-35 and 635, this unique venue provides the perfect backdrop to transform any vision into reality. Whether it’s a wedding reception, corporate event, or private party, L.A.Y.D. Spaces is designed to make every event exceptional.
All registrations are handled exclusively through Eventbrite. After signing up, your business will be verified to ensure you meet the event criteria. This process may take up to three business days, so keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email. Once verified, your name will be added to our VIP list. Don’t forget to bring your business card on the day of the event—it’s your ticket in! While this event is free, we encourage you to show your appreciation by tipping the bartenders.
We’re curating an exclusive lineup of vendors for each event to ensure a well-rounded and impactful networking experience.
Participating Categories:
- The Bar: Highlighting signature cocktails and exceptional bartending services.
- The Venue: Showcasing a unique and inspiring event space.
- The Details: Featuring a decorator, florist, or rental company.

Note: There will only be one vendor per category per event.
Benefits for Participating Vendors:
- Your logo will be added to the Eventbrite page with a direct link to your website.
- Guests will receive your business information in their email confirmation and reminder notifications.
- You’ll have the mic for up to three minutes to introduce your business and explain how you can add value to the attendees.
- At the end of the event, you’ll receive access to the opt-in contact list from the event.
Small Investment: A $50 administrative fee is required to participate.
