Campout, History & Rocks Tour – Desert Training Camps AdventureJoin us for an unforgettable off-road weekend exploring history, geology, and hidden gems just south of us near Needles, CA close to Joshua Tree. This trip is a follow-up to my Summer Webinar Series and brings those stories to life out on the trail. You’ll be surprised (and probably delighted) by what we discover along the way.
These desert training camps are truly special places, packed with history and incredible scenery. We’ll travel off-road trails and explore several fascinating sites, including:

Time: 7:00 AM sharp on Saturday, January 31st
Important: Please arrive with a full tank of gas
We’ll spend Saturday night camping at Camp Clipper or Iron Mountain (depending on the group pace). On Sunday morning, we’ll visit some beautiful and meaningful religious sites before heading back north. Option to hop over to Joshua Tree who hasn’t been there yet plus a few fun surprises along the way.
Who This Trip Is For:
This trip is best suited for curious explorers, and is family- and pet-friendly. You’ll need a 4x4 vehicle (washouts/sand), but nothing too challenging; this is about exploration, history, and enjoying the desert, no extreme obstacles.
