Join us for a discussion about the necessity of intervention to protect film against the dangers of chemistry and time, and its own unique inherent vices. See examples of rare and decaying film, as well as those which have been revived through proper care to survive well into the future.
As they move the cause of preservation to the fore of their efforts, they also give their own meaning to the timeless phrase “art is long, life is short”.
