About Chef Christian Thormose:
Chef Thormose specializes in food and beverages, with expertise in restaurants, kitchens, and equipment. He is known for developing, testing, and writing innovative recipes that are easy for others to replicate. A seasoned cook, Thormose began his culinary career with a four-year apprenticeship, earning a culinary degree in Denmark. Over the years, he has held roles as a Line Cook, Sous Chef, Food Production Manager, Executive Chef, and Food and Beverage Manager, with professional experience spanning Denmark, France, the United States, China (2008 Beijing Olympics), and England (2012 London Olympics).
With more than 20 years of experience in large-scale, luxury food establishments, Chef Thormose has a proven track record in creative menu development, cost control, and team leadership. Passionate about mentoring and training, he excels at building strong teams and fostering both professional and personal growth through education and hands-on experience. A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, Chef Thormose is dedicated to motivating others while delivering exceptional results.
