Join us for the book signing and conversation with Richard Sharum, photographer of Campesino Cuba
Photographer Richard Sharum is a quiet guy, but his work speaks volumes. Over the course of his career, Sharum has used his art as a form of bold commentary, questioning socio-economic norms and sharing stories of unlikely people in inventive ways. In 2015, Sharum began documenting a specific community in rural Cuba, known as the Campesinos. This project shares the story of the Campesino people and the relationship Sharum developed with them over time. Join Richard Sharum for a book signing and conversation, moderated by Tyler Hicks, on his new book.
