Come join the summer fun! NYT’s Camp Rock youth musical theater day camp will feature songs from Disney’s Camp Rock, School of Rock, and more! With great choreography, exciting drama, and lots of fun summer camp games, kids will have a blast at this action-packed camp!National Youth Theater youth day camps are offered for ages 6 through 12. These 5-day musical theater camps run Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; parents drop-off and pick-up their children each day. Broadway-style theater instruction is combined with fun and games. Christian worship and scripture are an integral part of each day.
Every day campers (divided into age-appropriate groups) rotate through musical theater activities such as Dance, Drama, Vocals, and Games, learning new moves, lines, and lyrics, which they will present at a showcase on Friday (the last day of camp). Campers also participate in daily inspirational worship and devotion time. It is truly amazing to see how much kids can accomplish in building their musical theater skills, all while having a ton of fun, in such a short time!
