Welcome to Camp Connect – a fun and engaging program designed to help children ages 6-12 express their thoughts and feelings with confidence! Through a series of interactive activities, games, and creative projects, kids will develop essential communication skills in a playful and supportive environment.
At Camp Connect, we believe that effective communication is key to building strong relationships and self-awareness. Our activities are designed to help children identify emotions, share ideas, and listen to others, all while having fun!
What Camp Connect Includes:
Interactive Icebreakers: Fun games to help children get comfortable sharing their feelings and making new friends.
Emotion Charades: A playful game where kids act out emotions and learn how to recognize and express different feelings through body language and facial expressions.
Storytelling Time: Creative group storytelling activities that help children learn to express themselves, listen to others, and work together to build narratives.
Feelings Art Workshop: Kids use art and creativity to represent their emotions, exploring images that express various emotions through facial clues and body language.
Communication Relay: An exciting relay race that teaches children the importance of clear communication and active listening as they give and follow instructions.
Reflection Time: At the end of the camp, children will reflect on what they learned and how they can use these new skills in their everyday lives.
