Australia is set to welcome the exceptional Irish vocalist Camille O’Sullivan a gifted interpreter of narrative song renowned for seamlessly recasting well-known songs into stark new shapes. A love letter in song Camille’s new show Loveletter celebrates her dear friend Shane McGowan (The Pogues) for whom she performed a beautiful version of his duet Haunted at his funeral; and also features hits by Sinéad O’Connor Leonard Cohen David Bowie Nick Cave and more. Performing with accompaniment from long-time collaborator Fergal Murray Camille has created an intimate heartfelt show capturing the honest response to those much loved and lost.
