Camera Basics is a class designed for new camera owners, specifically for D-SLRs or Mirrorless systems.

Class Topics: • Exposure • Composition • Use of Lenses • Subject Development • Creative Thinking • Menu Navigation • Maintenance.

FEE $75 - Free with a camera purchase from JPI. If you have a free ticket or gift card, please call JPI at (941) 896-9921 to RSVP for your spot.

The class duration may vary somewhat from the designated time - depending on group size and involvement.

About the instructor - Donovan Evans, also known as Foto Dono, is an award-winning photo artist. He has over 25 years of experience in making things with his camera. He has been obsessed with photographing the Milky Way since 2016. He is the Photo Education Director at Johnson PhotoImaging, where he teaches photography when not making things.
