Your Desires
What do you truly desire? What is it that your soul yearns for? What is it that fills up your cup and makes you feel alive?
These are questions that I will support you to explore through this workshop. I will give you the tools to start to identify and ignite that spark within you. Your desires are sacred, they are important, they are part of your journey and your path to discovering the person you want to become.
This workshop will show you that you get to make them a reality. You can live a life in which you are thriving, not just surviving!
Through guided meditations, embodiment and connection exercises, you'll explore:
- Opportunities to discover your desires and learn how to express them to others making them a reality.
- How to connect within your body, identifying what it is you truly want in your life, what it is that you desire and what lights you up.
- How to be held and witnessed in a community that supports and celebrates your desires.
- That you are worthy to have these desires and that you are able to recieve them in your life.
What you will takeaway:
- Being able to identify your desires and how to embody them in areas your life.
- Receiving tangible steps so that you can take action towards making your desires a reality.
- The confidence to express and celebrate your desires with others.
The aim of the workshop is to leave feeling more alive and know that you are worthy to have your desires become a reality. That you can choose a life in which you are thriving and start making choices that align within you. By making these choices you will discover what lights you up and brings you joy.
About Charlotta:
Charlotta is a Tantra Facilitator, Meditation and Embodiment Coach. She focuses on you as the centre of what she does. She uses a holistic approach to support your physical, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing. Working with many tools she enables you to find the inner you, to find your inner guide.
Through guided meditations, embodiment and connection excercises she supports you in finding a space that you can be yourself, grounded and held. With her years of experience she is able to provide you the tools for self-regulation, inspiring you to make time for the things, the people and the experiences that light you up.
