Hello Cambridge film lovers!
Welcome back to our Meetup group, a monthly-ish discussion club for film lovers. We'll be focusing on the latest and greatest films to engage movie lovers in the Cambridge, UK area. We were formerly on Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/cambridge-film-forum/?eventOrigin=event_home_page) but have now officially migrated over to Eventbrite as of this month.
For our first meeting of the year, we will be doing a bonus meeting to celebratethe Best Films of 2024! We'll be doing personal top 10s, from which we will use those top 10s to decide on our best films of 2024! (Note: The films should have been released in the United Kingdom this year to qualify.)
The task is (somewhat) simple: come up with your list of ten, go to our Google Sheet and add in your entries. Simply find a column with an unused [NAME] and add yours, followed by your list in descending order (#1 being your best film of 2024 and #10 being your tenth best film of 2024).

Voting/ranking will remain open until the 5th of January, after which I'll need some time to collate the results into our collective Top 10, which we will discuss during the Meetup! During the event, we'll also give people some space to talk about their personal choices and what certain entries on the list mean to them.
You're welcome to join and listen/participate even if you don't make a list, but we hope you'll consider doing so. Please be aware that we will talk about many films from last year in-depth and there may be some accidental spoilers. We'll do our best to give warnings!
